TERMS & CONDITIONS

Dates and times
• as available at the time of the enquiry
• will only be secured when 20% deposit has been received
• check-in 15:00; check-out 10:00 – earlier / later times on request will be accommodated where possible
• booking dates and payment terms will be confirmed via email.

Payment
• deposit of 20% required immediately to secure the date/booking
• balance to be paid 14 days prior to arrival date or paid in full at time of booking if within this period
• payment to supplied bank account please.

Changing dates/booking
Subject to availability.

Cancellation terms
• deposit non-refundable unless cancelled within 48 hours of booking (if check in is at least 14 days away)
50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check in
No refund if cancelled within 7 days of check in

Non-availability of the property
if for any reason beyond our control the apartment is not available on the date booked, all charges and monies paid will be refunded in full. We will seek to offer an alternative date based on availability.

Damages
• guest to pay for any losses or damages to the property and contents caused by the guest or a member of their party (reasonable wear and tear excluded), if it is proven that damage is directly attributable to the guest then we reserve the right to charge any costs incurred up to the sum of £500
• all damage should be reported immediately so issues can be put right before the arrival of the next guests.

Other
• we accept pets however please confirm at time of booking
• this is a no smoking apartment

The apartment is small and designed for couples, but we can accommodate babies and provide a travel cot if required.
